摘要:近几年来,基于有限元的计算机模拟在生物力学,尤其是在胚胎形态学中的应用所取得的成果,大大加深了人们对于胚胎形态发育过程的认识.本文通过介绍几例计算机模拟在心脏、原肠胚和神经胚形成过程以及细胞力学研究中的应用成果,阐述计算机模拟在胚胎学中的应用现状和前景Abstract:The recent years have seen exciting advances in the application of finite element techniques to the solution of biomechanic. Nowhere is this more apparent than in studies of embryo morphogenesis, where computer simulations have made significant breakthroughs in our understanding. The purpose of this paper is to outline some recent achievements in computer modelling of neurulation gastrulation. cardiac looping and cell mechanics and to take a brief look on the future of computer modelling.
