Abstract:The recent progresses in the measurement of fractal dimension of turbulent flows and its applications were reviewed in this paper, including the traditional evidences, measurement methods, the findings on fractal dimension of turbulent flows. The author discussed in detail various measurement methods and its application restrictions, the findings on fractal measurement by several researchers especially K.R.
