MATERIAL CHARACTERIZATION AND BEHAVIOR EVALUATION OF TWO TYPICAL THERMAL PROTECTION MATERIALS FOR HYPERSONIC AIRCRAFTS

摘要:针对高超声速飞行器翼前缘用超高温陶瓷材料及机身大面积金属热防护结构材料在高温环境下的力学响应分析与评价方法进行了全面的回顾和总结.综述了大面积金属热防护系统在传热、静力学、热力耦合性能、疲劳性能及抗冲击性能等方面国内外的研究进展;以及超高温陶瓷材料在热冲击、增韧机制、抗氧化性能等方面评价与表征技术,并结合国内研究状况展望了今后的发展方向.Abstract:The mechanicalresponse in high temperature and evaluation methods of ultrahightemperature ceramic materials used on wing leading edge and largearea metallic thermal protection materials and structures used in my personic airframe are reviewed and summarized in this paper. The domesticand abroad research developments of large area metallic thermalprotection systems in certain important areas are documented, suchas thermal conduction, statics, thermal and mechanical coupledbehavior, and fatigue and impact resistant behaviors. The thermalshock, toughening mechanism and anti-oxidation behavior etc. ofultrahigh temperature ceramics are characterized and evaluated,and the development trends and prospects of these thermalprotection materials are further discussed.
