摘要: 本文概述基于力电作用的两类DNA测序技术. 这两类测序技术分别依赖DNA与纳米孔或DNA与碳纳米管间的相互作用来实现. 文中依次介绍以上两种纳米结构的测序方法, 包括: 相应纳米结构的制备、与DNA相互作用的表征、测序原理、及各自的研究现状.

Abstract: This review outlines two categories of recent developments in DNA sequencingmethods that are based upon electro-mechanical effects. These two methodsutilize the interactions between DNA and a nanopore, and between DNA and a carbonnanotube respectively. In this review, we describe the sequencing methodsassociated with these two nano-structures, including the structurefabrication, the interaction with DNA, the sequencing principle, and theresearch status.-
