铜基多晶体形状记忆合金伪弹性的实验研究

STUDY ON PSEUDOELASTICITY OF Cu-Zn-Al POLYCRYSTALLINE SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY BY MOIRE INTERFEROMETRY

  • 摘要: 首次用高灵敏度云纹干涉法对铜基多晶体形状记忆合金的伪弹性行为进行了实验研究,得到了单轴拉伸试件在不同加卸载阶段应力诱发的相变塑性全场分布。实验结果表明:一些晶粒内部的相变塑性几乎均匀分布,但不同晶粒之间的变形差异很大,各晶粒的伪弹性行为明显不同。

     

    Abstract: An experimental study on the constitutive behavior of Cu-Zn- Al polycrystallineshape memory alloy is reported.By means of moire interferometry, both the displacementfields and t he corresponding pseudoelasticity stress strain curves are obtained.The experi-ment reveals some important features of the deformation process,and a brief discussfon ismade for the obtained results.
