混流式转轮内有旋流动的全三元反问题计算

  • 摘要:提出了一种给定V_(θr)和叶片厚度分布规律的全三元有旋流动的混流式转轮的设计模型。基于前人的研究,将全三元流动分解为由三维Euler方程作周向平均导出的平均流动方程和由Clebsch变换建立的周期性流动方程来描述,迭代求解以满足叶片边界条件实现全三元的反问题计算。算例表明,按本文模型进行设计,可以得到满足给定的负荷分布及厚度分布的转轮,提高了设计过程对叶片性能的可控性。

    Abstract:An inverse method of a full three dimensional rotational flow for the design ofmixed flow runner is described.The mean flow equations are derived from the 3-D Eulerequations by use of circumferential averaging method and the periodic flow equations areobtained from Clebsch formulation.
