VOLUME INTEGRAL EQUATION METHOD FOR SCATTERING PROBLEMS OF INHOMOGENEOUS MEDIA

It is an effective technique to treat inhomogeneous media as perturbations on the back ground of homogeneous media and to treat the perturbations as equivalent source.
